About Me

Hi,

I'm Jason Slope, a bass player, producer and tutor from Northampton, UK. I have toured throughout the UK and internationally with a number of bands performing at a variety of prestigious venues with some of the UK's finest musicians.

I am a founding member of Chromatic, a highly acclaimed and in demand function band and also work frequently as a one-to-one music tutor. As well as bass guitar, I teach music theory and music production. When not performing or teaching, I compose and produce original audio for my sound design company Motion Colour Sound.

I am available for live, studio, television and radio work, in all aspects of performance; as either a bass player; producer; composer; engineer or tutor, for both long and short term contracts!

Tuition

As well as teaching at a select group of schools and institutes across the midlands, i provide
one-to-one lessons from my home studio in Northampton or online via Skype. Covering
bass guitar, music theory and music production, lessons are tailored to the needs of each
individual student.

I am an RGT certified tutor. RGT organises internationally recognised examinations in electric,
classical and bass guitar, from beginner to diploma level, and is accredited by the London College
of Music. Jason teaches grade 1 through to grade 8.
